Forbidden Siren
All the hype about being the next computer game remake after Resident Evil and Silent Hills, this PS2 Siren 2 movie remake is just like a typical Japanese movie. It is slow moving, expected and not scary at all.Some connections were not linked properly. For example:
1. Man standing next to the actress suddenly disappears and bats appear. And when the man re- appears, the girls didn't ask what happened.
2. Actress, a boy and a man is trapped in a house surrounded by Zombies. Actor got killed but actress still can make her way out of the Zombie surrounded house back to her own house, with her brother.
..........and many more missing links.
I guess there is a major difference in watching a western movie and an asian one. Westerners go into the slightest details and have any answers you would have while watching the movie. Anyway, there are a few scares in this movie. Cheap Zombie make up though. Some visual effects are nice. Depends which is more important to you.
